We specialize in "Soot-bool" BBQ. Literally translated, Soot-bool means mesquite fire. Mesquite wood is used after being soaked in water for a few hours. It burns slower and adds a unique flavor to the food. Cooking via Soot-bool is not only tastier but proven to be healthier too. No grease or fatty oils.

The Korean tradition is to cook the meat on a charcoal grill at the center of the table. The cooked meat is wrapped with rice, a thin slice of garlic, soybean paste or red chili paste, with a fresh lettuce leaf. Throughout the years, there has been an emergence of different types of wraps such as sesame leaf and thinly sliced pickled radish.
